I've been feeling good and overall getting stronger. My bodyweight has been between 250-255 for several weeks. My bench is creeping back up and I'm feeling more stable each week. Benching with chains still gets in my head a little because that is what I was doing when my tricep tore. But to overcome it I have to do it and get it out of my head.

worked up to 225 and did doubles adding a chain each set

I finished with a single but I'm not sure how many chains it was but it was heavy (or felt heavy anyway).
