4 sets of 10 and 15. I felt a sweet pump on the first set

3 sets of 12. I love this machine chest press. Here is a video of a buddy of mine IFBB Pro Iain Valliere using the machine. And also looking way more jacked that I do when I use it.

 

I finished the day off with 100 tricep push downs on the Average band and helping Shannon hit a bench PR!
