Close grip bench press
Worked up to 5 sets of 5 with 225. Trying to keep the shoulder out of it. Seemed to work pretty good
Cable curls
5 sets of 15. Using the swiss bar attachment. I changed the grip every set
Wrapped knees
Having so many guys and gals in a meet 3 weeks out. I think that I wrapped 12 sets of wraps. I was good to get ready for the meet!!
