BFR SSYB Calf Raises

46 reps x 155 - I planned to do 75 reps here, but this was making me feel like my calves were going to explode and not in a good way.  Percentage wise, this is a good weight for me on this exercises with BFR, but the reality was much much worse.

I'm doing events early again on Friday this week and doing them at Brute Strength Gym this time to try out a couple of the events for my next comp there on August 10th that I have not done before.
