Well, I haven't gotten in as many actual lifting sessions as I would have liked this week (I move in a week so have been working on getting everything organized). But I have been making sure to stay active and also to add in resistance where I can.

The past few weeks in general have all been very conditioning-focused since I have been unable to get to my regular gym for lifting. I've been doing my sessions in the MMA gym I work at, so it's lots of bodyweight work, bag hitting, mobility work, and some kettlebell or dumbbell work. So far I am feeling strong still and I can tell that my endurance gets better every week.

I did jiujitsu today for the first time in a few weeks as well, which was a good change of pace. After I move in I will definitely have more time to start attending class a few times per week again. For now I am just taking what I can get!

All in all, lately my body feels the best it has ever felt. My joints don't hurt anymore, my chronic back issues have almost completely subsided, my energy is better, I'm sleeping well...I feel like it has been such a long time that I forgot what it felt like to not be achy all the time, haha. Can't say I'm not enjoying it!
