I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

This weeks conditioning work was pretty solid work. The walking got increased by 3 minutes more duration and 0.1 mph, and some modification to the incline on Friday. The Prowler work was fun, but challenging. Wednesday I was worried if I was going to be able to get anything in due to the weather, but I found a narrow window in which was I was able to get outside and get some solid work in. I can definitely tell I'm getting in better shape and that I'm progressing well here. It's nice to not be able to get near as winded during training.
