Conditioning

Normally Wednesday is an off day for me, but I wanted to make sure my migraine issues were resolved and also make up for some of the work I missed over the last 2 days.  Everything felt good while I was warming up and I am happy to say that I completed training with no ill effects.

Prowler

Burpees (4 count)

50xBW - Done uninterrupted in 1:43, which beats the 1:53 that Nick did over the weekend.  Since no one I train with is much into conditioning, Nick and I are creating a series of conditioning challenges that we can both do based on available equipment and environment so we have someone to push us to improve.  This was actually supposed to be 100 burpees, but someone forgot how many I had challenged him to complete.
