I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

This past weeks conditioning and recovery work went pretty well. I got in some walking every off day, so I was very pleased with this. I've ramped up my time by about 2 minutes when using the treadmill and I'm playing around with the speed and incline a bit more. Still nothing strenuous, but it's certainly making me work a bit more. It's still paying off really well in terms of recovery, so that's a huge plus.
