I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Only two days of walking this week as Wednesday I helped my parents move some stuff out of a room. Considering I will be going on a deload and then beginning meet prep, I'm going to try to keep my conditioning around as long as I can. I would like to keep it up until the meet, but there may be days where I need to take off to really focus on the training. We'll see how things go when that approaches, but I've really thought this has helped with my training overall, so if I can at least maintain this level of conditioning, I think my numbers in October will appreciate it.

None for the day. However, I did help my parents move all the furniture and belongings out of a room of the house as they are having the walls repainted and new flooring installed. This took a good 2.5 hours of heavy moving. So I would say that was good GPP for the day.
