I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

Just some walking this week, nothing all too exciting. My body is feeling pretty good considering I just came off a deload not too long ago, and I just wanted to get some blood flowing on most days and make sure I can keep feeling well. Next week I'll likely do something on every off day and probably increase my walking duration by a few minutes. The EMS/TENS unit I got has been a great thing, as I feel awesome after using it and it's been keeping a lot of nagging issues away. The great thing is I can typically still work on my computer, read, or just relax while benefiting. Man that makes me seem lazy..

None for the day. I chose to just relax and take some time to myself. I did end up using the TENS/EMS unit 20 minutes before bed on my lower back.
