I'm currently in a off season style of training, trying to bring up weak points and improve body composition for the duration of the summer. At the end of summer I will reevaluate where I stand, and decide whether I would like to compete in the late fall, or wait until the XPC Finals in March of 2016.

More walking and recovery work...how exciting. I do feel that I'm getting in better shape aerobically though, and it's helped a ton with training in this heat. My body composition and weight is also looking good, so things are paying off. Time to increase things a bit next week in terms of duration and incline when I walk inside. I've been getting most of my walking done in the morning now too, which has been a great way to kick my day off after working with a few clients.
