I'm always juggling nights to fit my bodybuilding guilty pleasures. You've gotta have big arms right? Or, at least try to. I have either Tuesday or Thursday night to train my arms. Considering I deadlift on Wednesday night I'd rather not strain my arms the night before. Thursday seems to be a good night for that.
