*I am 2.5weeks out from competition, my final heavy squat day is this Sunday. I work up to my opener and shut it down. I want to destroy this opener and go into the meet as confident as possible. To ensure I come in as fresh as possible I decided to do my final DE deadlift conv and save my hips. I also wanted to shake up a little friendly competition with my friend and EFS teammate Casey Williams, challenging him to DE Deathlift Competition. Who ever pulls off the most impressive looking pull wins. I clearly have sex appeal locked down over Casey.

I chose the final rep of my 9 sets of 1. Bang Bang!
