I'm always trying to polish my deadlift form. I look up to the Russian deadlifters alot and always look to emulate their form. I've been over loading my suit, putting my shoulders behind the bar. Last night I worked on starting the pull with my shoulders straight over the bar. I also was able to wrap my middle finger as well as my index finger on hook grip. I made a lot of progress.
