I did DE Squat today, prob the way it is intended to be done, for the first time in a while. It just so happened that my training partner Dave was doing DE squat, with the same bar, and the same bar weight. He and I have conflicting programs so its rare our lifts line up. Once we warmed up and were set we have a guy on each side to take the band off for Dave and put it back on for me and we just went rapid fire until our 9 sets of 2 were done. I stay pretty strict to the 45-60sec rest between sets when I do it alone, but this was back to back as soon as one person is done the other goes immediately. It was fun, and tiring.
