Mo bench no problem. Okay just kidding I actually feel pretty fucking fatigued rn but schedule calls for all 5 training days to be completed mon-fri. You need to recover, and if you have to orient days in a manner you may be fatigued or under recovered just know it is okay to undershoot sometimes. I, of course, am stlll saying try hard but you don't have to linearly progress every session to get stronger. Sometimes you PR by moving the same weight, in a prettier way.
