I'm gradually getting better at single leg deadlifts, but they are still about the most frustrating exercise I have ever done, so much so that I may have to cut down to 2 sets to maintain my sanity.  It was raining and I was already in a foul mood and my pen died right at the end of writing down my training so no conditioning today for me.  I plan to make it up tomorrow though, rain or no rain.
