Tonight was deadlifts for my first week back with the new weights off of my most recent gym maxes, so I started off the cycle with 305. That happens to be lower than I have started in a really long time, so that was kind of difficult to swallow.  Oh well, everything went great and they were super easy, so overall I was pleased.

Deadlifts: 135x2x3, 185x3, 225x3, 275x3, 305x5x3

Rack Pulls: 365x3x3

Pull Ups: 4x10

Hammer Curls: 10x20 & 15x20
