So, I haven't hit a "lifetime PR" or whatever in the gym since I lost all of this weight...until tonight. YAY. Warming up I just had no idea what to expect. 405 was easy, 435 was easy, and then Yessica helped me out and just loaded 465 and didn't tell me, and even that wasn't terribly hard.  It feels good to know i'm getting strength back, my numbers are looking pretty solid for this meet. Now all that is left to do is make weight and show up and lift.

Rack Pulls: 315x3x3

Pull Ups: 4x10

Hammer Curls: 10x20 & 15x20
