Deload week continues.  In addition to the obvious drops in volume and intensity, I am also training M/T/W this week rather than my usual M/T/Th since I try to make Wednesday the last training day of the week prior to a competition (assuming I compete on Saturday) in order to give myself a little more time to rest up and address any relevant mobility and recovery issues.  I started off a little slow today on the first work set on both DL and squat, but all successive sets were much faster and smoother.
