Ab Work

Today did not go at all as planned. My buddy, Jimmy Brookes, was here with his wife and came by to train so I wanted to have a good day of training, but it was not to be so. 585 wouldn't even come off the floor. Hell, nothing over 500 came off the floor. Thankfully Jimmy had a good day as well as Cunha so it wasn't a bad day all around. My grip was better and I was able to hold on to 495 via an over/under grip.
