Post surgery lifts.

I planned on taking it a bit easy and starting off slow. I was planning on 225 for 3 sets of 10 to get back at it after all the surgeries.

That plan got blown up when a girl with terrible technique set up beside me and started pulling 225 for 5. Shit. Need more weight

Deadlifts

Worked up to 275 x 3 x 8

My conditioning continues to be a bit of a concern with me. I will be ramping up my cardio focus.

Single leg leg press

I love this movement because of how hard it is at a light weight.

3 sets of 15 reps per side

2 down sides about working in the amazing gym that I now work in is 1: that we can`t take videos in the building. It`s a privacy thing. Makes sense and sucks at the same time. B) Our sales system is still pretty new to everyone and us managers are pulled away often to help everyone out with the computers. I know the second one will be changing as everyone gets familiar with the system!!
