I actually didn't post a video of this workout and I'm not sure why, it was a really good one and I feel like I'm really starting to get the hang of sumo more and more. 0 pain - but I WILL say I definitely felt these for days afterwards, so I'll be sticking with this weight for a while...and that's okay.

Back Extension: 4x10 w/ 10lb weight
Tricep Extension: 50x4x20
Split Squats: 4x10
