I'm currently training for the 2019 USPA Nationals in Columbus, Ohio. After dropping a couple weight classes, this meet will be second showing at 198 and real return to raw powerlifting after a couple years wearing gear.

Box Jump - 8 x 1 onto the tailgate of my truck. It's within an inch of the height I want, so this works perfect. As an added benefit, the neighbors think I am weird. I really like these at the beginning of the session. Makes for a nice warm up.

Deadlift - 555 x 1, followed by 495 x 3 x 5.

Stiff Leg deficits - 2 x 8 at 335 off a ~2" deficit

Wide stance goblet squats - 125 x 4 x 5. The worst part about this is getting the dumbbell up to a rack position.

GHR - 3 x 8. I'll have to video how I do this one. I don't have a GHR but do have a reasonable substitute.

Neutral Grip Pull up - BW + 25, 10 x 2

Stir the pots - 5 x 10 each direction. I'll have to video this one too. I don't have an exercise ball so I hang bands to suspend myself with. It's a little different variation on this movement and a little more difficult I think.
