I would be lying if I said everything was sunshine and roses.  It's not.  I still have back pain when training, though it's subsiding, it still comes and goes.  This is frustrating, very frustrating.  I often feel as though my voice is not being heard.   I have wanted an MRI since the day I got back from California, and no one has wanted to grant me that.  So, I am pushing for that, with everyone.  I know my body best, and I just really feel as though something is not right and it isn't going to be addressed by me continuing not to know exactly what the hell is wrong.  Besides, with that knowledge then I know whether or not I can push training and I'm just being a giant baby, or maybe I need to take even more of a step back to let myself fully heal.  Either way, I want some answers.  I'm done waiting.

Mobility Circuit

Deadlifts (regular stance): 65 x 4 x 12 (minimal discomfort)

Sumo: 155 x 4 x 6 (came and went)

I attempted Stiff Leg Deadlifts from a deficit and also Romanian Deadlifts, both of which I could not do due to some back pain.

Long Stride Split Squats
