Today I was supposed to do 90% for a single for deadlifts.  I worked up to 365 and cut it.  I'm not really sure what happened, or what is wrong, but I had a lot of back pain today.  I guess I will just see how that plays out over the next few weeks.  I plan to go to the chiro later this week, so hopefully that helps.

Deadlift: 365x2

Split Squats: 4x10

Pull Ups: 4x10

Hammer Curls: 10x20 & 15x20
