This was week five of my deadlift prep. I have 3 weeks of heavy singles straps down in my Sumo Metal King Pro. It feels damn good that 800 is now an everyday weight. My upper back is pretty tired, I am pushing squat to hard, you can tell from my poor start position. But on the upside my lockout is rock solid.
