Lily and I headed to the compound today for the first session in a while. I was a little tired from vacation and traveling but my body felt good. Here is what was done.

 

Warm-ups

hip rotations, rolling, Indian club swings

 

hack squats

worked up doing sets of 20 to 3 plates per side for 4 sets

 

deadlifts

135 for 5 sets of 10 reps

 

WELL...during warm ups I could feel just how long its been since I trained and it was not good. I was stiff and tight. Decided to keep things light and just get a little volume in.
