Yesterday Lily and I flew to Austin Texas so I could help my friend Steve Diel at the SPF Merry GAINZMAS meet put on by Austin Simply Fit. Heading to the meet I knew there were 86 lifters and 4 full flights. I wasn't sure of the venue or what to expect so I tried to keep positive. I have to say the meet was awesome! Steve kicked ass! He it 3 PS's and won best lifter. The meet was ran very efficiently, judging was fair and consistent, the venue was cool and the platform and EliteFTS equipment and bars. AWESOME! It was put on well enough that I am planning on returning in June to compete there myself.
