Woke up feeling okay today so Lily and I headed to the compound. Not really sure what to expect from my body I decided to play it by ear.

 

warm-ups

hip rotations, rolling, Indian club swings

 

Box squat to parallel box

worked up doing sets of 5 to 325 for 4 sets of 5 reps

 

rolling and stretching.

 

That felt awful and my body didn't want to do anything. The bar felt heavy at 145 and I knew then that I probably should have stayed home.
