Headed out to the compound today solo. Lily wasn't feeling well and I'm guessing we both caught a little something while traveling. I didn't feel great myself but have missed so many sessions I wanted to at least do something.

 

warm-ups

rolling, Indian club swings, band pull aparts, reverse grip dumbbell press

 

bench with chains

worked up doing sets of 8 to 275 plus 4 chains per side for 3 sets of 8 reps

 

slight incline dumbbell press

75's for 3 sets of 15 reps

 

rope chins

4 sets of 6 reps

 

low pulley cable rows

90 for 4 sets of 20 reps

 

barbell military press

95 for 4 sets of 12 reps

 

I felt better than yesterday but still felt weak. suck.
