Cambered Bar Low Box Squats (foam pad on box)
4x3 @ 595. I haven't box squatted in eons, probably since 2012? I opted to box squat this week to ease my hips back into the swing of things after the minor injury I had. They felt great and the foam box pad really lit up my glutes.

5x15 super light weight, but held each rep at the top for 5 seconds and lowered for a 3 second negative. Because I hate myself. DOMS was ridiculous after these.
