I been needing this week right here. Our entire Team is either sick, getting sick or getting over being sick. We will be fumigating the entire building this week and keeping all Team members away that are contagious.
I myself am just starting to get sick. Flu is running rampit here in the mountains of NC!
I will be taking this week to get ample rest, stay hydrated, stay away from crowds (and other sick people) and try and remain on track.
There was not a lot of gym work done this week. I literally slept for 36 straight hours at one point. What I did do is not really worth writing about because it was not much. This week seemed to time itself perfectly for several of us so we were forced to rest up and get healthier. Most of my rehab stuff such as rolling, body buffering, some body tempering did get accomplished.
