135 for 2 sets of 15 reps

leg press - leg press was done unilaterally - weight was done for 5 reps per leg "stepping" followed by 5 reps with both legs working in unison
did one set starting with the sled empty and working up to 5 plates per side without reverse bands attached.
without the reverse bands, the movement was done at about 1/2 the speed they are when the reverse bands are attached to prevent my hips from rolling up at the bottom of the rep

slight incline dumbbell press
reps were done alternating each side- first 4 sets reps were held at the top and the second 4 sets the reps were held at the bottom. Each set was 10 reps per side.
75-pound dumbbells were used for the first 6 sets
90's were used for the last 2 sets

30 pounds of assistance for 2 sets of 10 reps
bodyweight for 2 sets of 10 reps
