I am mucho terrible at benching with the American Bar.  But it keeps getting better as my OHP continues to improve back to where it was.

Right shoulder was feeling funky on the DB presses, not sure why.  I stopped here since I had to pack up to go to Richmond for the weekend and I was leaving right after work.
