Ever have those days where you're just really not feeling well, but you go to the gym anyway?  Yep, that was me, today.  I have no idea why I even went, but meh, I did.  Sooooooo I lifted.  I had no plan, I never have a plan.  Jordan says to go do bro "pump" workouts, thats what I do...get my pump on.

Bench: 115 x 2 x 25

Pull Ups: 4 sets of 5 (i'm chunky right now)

Tricep Extensions: 4 sets of 20 @ 30lbs

I'm sure I did something else...maybe.  I'm not sure, I was tired and sick, but my arms were on fire soooo..WIN!
