Nicole and I wanted to get some training in before we got on our flight to tire us out...so we did just that.  My back has been bothering me a little bit, so I decided I was just going to do bench (we also had a 13 hour flight ahead of us.)  Going in I had no intentions of doing anything else, but after I was warm I actually felt great.  Now, you see, I have been playing around in secret with my deadlift and this particular day I got very curious.  SO, I deadlifted for the first time over 135 in 10 months...talk about progress.

Deadlift - worked up to 185 for 3 singles
Bench 175 x 4 x 5
Pull Ups 3x5
Back Extension 3x10 w/ 3 sec holds at top
Hammer Curls 2x20
Planks 3 x 30sec
