stiff leg dumbbell deadlifts - stood on 10-degree Prime wedges 

worked up to 115's for 4 sets of 15 reps

I stand on the Prime wedges because it allows for a better hamstring stretch and activation than standing flat-footed.

two trips of 50 feet

tsunami bar bench - used tsunami bar level 3 (rated up to 135 pounds per side)

2 plates per side for 5 sets of 8 reps

reps were paused 1" above the chest to prevent my torso from absorbing the instability in the bar forcing my muscles to control it

 

lat pulldowns

3 sets of 15 with 150

2 sets of 12 with the stack

 

dips

2 sets of 10 with 30 pounds of assistance

2 sets of 10 with bodyweight

 

h-raises

25-pound dumbbells for 3 sets of 10 reps
