*8 Weeks Out from Lexen Xtreme Fall Classic*

This was the second week of speed bench with the Shoulder Saver Pad. Overall things moved well, I'm probably going to drop the weight back down next week to make sure my speed is where it needs to be. Pec is feeling better but still has some pain if I get out of position.

Areas that Need Improvement: Keep belly up and heels down, tightness.
