After coming off my best meet performance of my career, I am now officially a beat up powerlifter. I'm having some minor low back issues that I'm working on mending up, and then I'll begin to find a competitive option. My goals for 2017 are to compete in a bodybuilding show and also get back to the platform 100% healthy.

Tuesday continued on with the deload week, and instead of doing and speed squats/pulls I just opted to do some single leg plyo work, and hit some super light lower body accessory work. I just wasn't really feeling a whole lot of training for the day, so I just made sure I got in and did something as I knew I'd feel better afterwards. Super quick day, and glad Denali could join me for some ab work.
