 My Monday training sessions are going to be getting a bit hectic in trying to squeeze them in. So I've opted to keep this my "arm" day, but hit some speed bench and a heavier tricep movement in the mix. This worked out well with the supersets and just trying to get as much work in as a could. This will take some minor tweaks as I go, but it was good the day and still get something accomplished with my bench.
