 Third and final week of this speed work, and things felt good again. Been a long week and it just started, but we started working with 14 middle school athletes for football on Monday's, so we have to be able to bring the energy and get things MOVING. That definitely isn't always easy when it comes to 13-14 year olds with strength training (many of which having their first exposure). Still not a bad training session though. Time to switch stuff up next week.
