My elbow has been steadily improving, again, and I'm getting some strength back but it still feels a bit loose. I don't have any more nerve pain or pain in the tendon but can feel the supportive muscles for the joint are not regaining strength like the larger muscles. I'm going to focus on some more rehab work to help with that.

I stretched a mini band across a power rack and just twisted it back and forth - 3 sets of 10 twists each way
single arm cable extensions
17 pounds for 3 sets of 10 - reverse grip
