I have lots of excuses for why I sucked at this today, most of which are probably pretty valid, but all those aside, this is just an awful height for me to pull from. I'm better from the floor and better from 18" and even better from 13". This may literally be the weakest starting point for me, which makes it great.

Today's training was not good and I stopped it here due to all of my unmentioned excuses and also because by this point I had a pounding headache that was getting worse with every rep and I generally felt like death.
