This training day ends this block of speed work and after this week I need to step back an reassess how my training is structured.

Band Axle DL (short monster minis)

20x70 - No bands

6x70 - Add bands

6x2x360 - These got slower as I went on

Chain Box Squats (3 sets)

20x60 - No chains

6x60 - Add chains

4x150

2x240

6x2x290

Step Ups/Seated Calf Raises

10ea x BW/20x150

10ea x 40/25x150

10ea x 50/30x150

I really wanted to quit after finishing my speed work.  I figured I could do bodyweight stepups in my sleep so I did some and then realized how stupidly way too easy they were so that helped push me through doing a little bit more.
