In this episode I talk to Chad Aichs, one of the greatest Powerlifters of all time. Chad has written openly about his struggles with insomnia and mental health; and how training has played a role in that aspect of his life. It was a tough conversation, as it brought to mind a lot of my own extremely similar struggles from the past; but I left the conversation encouraged and refreshed.
