This was a planned heavi(er) training day, but with my left oblique still full of shenanigans I didn't go very heavy on the farmer's walk in the medley. It was Stone Cold Steve Austin outside today, but I was bundled up like the kid in A Christmas Story so I was warm all day except for my damn toes.

This was completely crazy and if it weren't for Mike Inman, I probably would have stopped after the 230 lb runs. The weights look different because my prowler is about 50 lbs heavier than it used to be so now a 25 on each post is a little more than the equivalent of a 45 on each post of a stock prowler 2.0. My brain fog math made me think we had 2 more runs to do with 90 more lbs, but I was not taking into account the initial 25s because they were hidden by the 45s. The total weight of plates plus sled on the last two runs was 515/520, so this was right on for the original guidelines set forth by Jim Wendler long ago in his article on prowler challenges. This also made me feel like death for several hours afterward and into the next morning. No more skipping conditioning!
