The Tiny Dancer and I headed up to Bel Air to train with Steve "Old Man Marley" Mattheu and Rob "It's Your Multifidus" Rowland at Steve's facility, Iron Athletics.  This started out as a great day and ended in abject depression.

Sandbag Clean & Press (clean each rep)

10x50

3x100

5x140 - very easy

5x160 - totally gassed, last rep took forever to get done

Press/Deadlift Medley (axle DB, farmer's DL, keg, farmer's DL)

6x110 - farmer's DL

complex x 70 - axle DB

1x120/2x200/1x225/2x200

2x{1x150/1x300/1x225/1x300} - Rob was using a 3 pood (I can't believe I just typed that) KB for the overhead so I cleaned and pressed that as well at the end of the medley the first time through and the second time through I did that plus a 2.5 pood KB at the end.  This was all very easy.

I had to stop here and skip the hi/lo pushes going back down to 100, 50, and the empty prowler.  We had a 4 man rotation and both Nick and I crapped out at the same point.  Steve and Rob finished it up.  This is the first time in my life I have ever had to stop during conditioning and I am ashamed.  Yet another thing that I took out of my programming and it really showed today.  This will never happen again.  I should also add that we were pushing inside on rubber flooring with the indoor feet on the prowler and the low handle pushes done this way border on impossible even with only 50 lbs on the prowler.  It took Nick and I hours to recover from this and I had the prowler lung for the next two days.
