Heavy DL/SQ

It wasn't a fluke, I still feel like a trash fire training after work.  Thanks to this and the fact that I had a dinner date to celebrate 6 years together with my fiance, all I did today was some partial deads and then I shut it down.  Also on the plus side, every time I see or load my new EliteFTS logo plates, it makes me smile.  But even this wasn't enough to make my training not largely hogwash today.

I took a full 10 minutes rest before my last heavy set vs. about 3 minutes for all the other sets and as a result I moved faster with 605 than I did with either 585 or 565.

My fiance and I have been together for 6 years today and in 3 more months, for reasons unfathomable to me, she'll be my wife.  The sushi at dinner tonight was the best I've ever had.
