I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

Nothing terribly exciting from Monday's work, but still just pushing a lot of blood flow around and trying to stay as healthy as I can. Hitting these extra little sessions are really helped me stay fresh and promote a lot of blood flow to areas that are tending to get neglected during typical training sessions. I got this session done in 30 minutes, and really pushed the pace to keep weights really light and break a sweat. I've had no tendonitis issues this meet prep, and I really think this extra day is a huge reason for that. Bro out!
